Refund policy

We have a 30-guarantee, which means you have 30 days after shipment has occurred to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, We will inspect the photographs and information you submit. If the product is faulty from the grower it will be replaced. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted you may be asked to cover shipping costs depending on location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products damaged by actions such as poor watering or nutrition, the plant being out of its growing zone, a chemical application that leads to damage, relying on third-party devices to care for, water, or maintain the product, and an incorrect planting environment are not covered under this guarantee.

 

Replacement

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your replacement, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be shipped a replacement.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your replacement, please contact us at hello@florasmarket.co.

Refunds

All sales are final and refunds are not offered. You have until the order is shipped to cancel your order. If you are looking to replace a faulty product contact us.
